Episode 2 – Changing world, evolving perspectives

A startling statistic reveals that 6 out of 10 managers find Gen Z to be the most challenging generation to work with. We sat down with Rigved Rajesh, a 15-year-old Gen Z, to hear his thoughts on evolving demands, career choices, and the roles parents and schools play in helping teens navigate this unprecedented world.
