The 55/38/7 Formula: It was Albert Mehrabian, a researcher of body language, who first broke down the components of a face-to-face conversation. He found that communication is 55% nonverbal, 38% vocal, and 7% words only.

1. Facial Expressions

Specially when we are engage into activities such as public speaking maintaing eye contact plays a very important role in making the audience aware that you are attentive and confidence and it helps to develop a connection with your audience.
5. Voice Tone
Even though it’s not technically part of the body, the tone of your voice is a crucial part of communication. The way we say something is just as important as what we say. Our tone of voice can convey emotions such as warmth, sarcasm, anger, or enthusiasm.
