We encourage children to attend all 8 sessions. If your child misses one session, the teacher will recap it in the next class, but there will be no makeup session. For two or more consecutive missed sessions with prior notice, we can reschedule.
Leave will be approved for medical emergencies, personal illness, urgent travel to the home country, or exams.
Missed classes are held in a fixed weekend time slot. If two sessions are missed, both topics will be combined into one session. The makeup class will be conducted 1:1 or in a small group by an assigned trainer, not the original teacher.
No, fees will not be adjusted if your child misses or cannot complete a session because of technical problems.
The makeup session should be taken during the same weekend after resuming and must not be delayed beyond two weeks.
